The Specs on the Rechargeable Battery Wand
The new wand measures in at 13 x 1.25 x 1 inches. This size makes it easy to hide! Attaching the wand is simple too, you can choose between two different ways to mount the battery wands. Satellite runs a cord from the battery to the shades, normally alongside the window frame. Or completely hidden, mounted behind the headrail of the shades.
How to Charge
There are even more options and versatility when it comes to the charging station for your rechargeable battery wand. There is a single charger option that charges one wand in approximately two hours. The double charger charges two wands in about three hours. Even better, it just takes one charge to last through approximately 500 adjustments, that’s typically an entire year of shade use.

Two of our favorite features, when it comes to the rechargeable battery wand, are that you’ll never have to worry about the product dying on you. When there is a low battery, your phone will buzz with a notification from the PowerView app to alert you. There is also a safety feature implemented. During some parts of the day, some of your windows are obviously going to be exposed to direct sunlight, which will add some heat. Whenever the wand hits an unsafe temperature, it will automatically shut off so you don’t have to worry about it.
